El Injerto coffee shop is open for domestic consumption in Guatemala 

We are a proud to be a Guatemalan firm that believes in the potential of our beautiful country and people to do great things. Our coffee is a symbol of one of the things that Guatemala does good, recognized worldwide for its unmatched quality and trajectory. We are sure that Guatemala is capable of much more, I encourage Guatemalans..... Hurray for coffee! Another national pride!

This farm has produced batches of coffee that have been awarded and sold for nine consecutive years in the prestigious Cup of Excellence auction, and also in international events like the SCAA Cupping Pavillion Competition, among others.

El Injerto coffee shop has two cupping rooms open to the public, with the idea of introducing local coffee drinkers to the most distinguished coffee of the world.

Mission

These Coffee places are open to the public to introduce the fascinating world of Guatemalan coffee. Our goal is to educate consumers, teaching them different brewing methods easy to use at home as well as different varieties and types of roast so that each customer can pick the one of his preference.

In El Injerto we keep the best coffee for our people and we focus on quality control from planting, processing to roasting. \"

Vision

Our vision is to be an educational center of coffee where Guatemalans can learn and know more about one of the most exotic drinks in the world. We want to tell the story behind every cup of coffee and tell everybody the world recognized quality of our coffee that makes us proud.

El Injerto coffee uses the brewer methods of French press, \\\\\\\"pour over or slow Coffee\\\\\\\" and Espresso; offering espresso based drinks and their derivatives such as American, cappuccino, latte, cut, mocha, macchiato, frappuccino, among others, as well as presentations of coffee beans or ground for those wishing to consume at home.
